What we do
The Non-Profit Organisation (KERRVILLE TX | EIN: 39-4843312) registered as Kho-Fesh provides for the vacuum in the wildlife realm where wildlife support services, including inter alia, medical care, forced relocation, transportation, and other services which are unaffordable for mainly tribal, community, commercial and small family-owned enterprises that primarily rely on sustainable wildlife utilisation for their survival.
Services rendered by the wildlife industry and partnering organisations are mainly focused on welfare, legal protection, investigation of animal cruelty cases, an organisation for game farmers or necessary research studies conducted. Kho-Fesh is a non-profit organisation that provides for and supports specialised services to all wild animals in a sponsored manner.
Our initiatives include:
-
Wildlife protection and anti-poaching operations
-
Biodiversity restoration and habitat management
-
Conservation-focused community partnerships
-
Support for responsible wildlife management practices
-
Policy engagement and environmental education

Trans-African Conservation
Why it matters

Biodiversity is under threat
Habitat loss, poaching, and climate change are pushing countless species toward extinction, disrupting entire ecosystems.

Communities depend on nature
Millions of people across the world rely on healthy ecosystems for clean water, food security, jobs, and cultural identity.

Freedom and coexistence
True conservation means ensuring that wildlife and people can live freely, side by side, without conflict or exploitation.

The time to act is now
Without urgent, strategic intervention, the damage to the world’s natural heritage may become irreversible for future generations.
Where We Operate
We are active in key conservation areas across Africa, with a growing global reach. By working with private landowners, community conservancies, and regional partners, we are laying the groundwork to expand into other countries—driving impact where it matters most.
At חופש, we believe conservation is not a luxury
The world’s natural ecosystems face growing threats from habitat loss, climate change, illegal wildlife trade, and human-wildlife conflict. These challenges not only endanger species but also threaten the livelihoods and heritage of the people who rely on these ecosystems.
Conservation is not just about protecting wildlife — it’s about preserving the ecological systems that sustain life, culture, and economic resilience. Our work ensures that future generations inherit a thriving natural world, where wildlife and people can coexist and prosper.
